Pre-Travel Executive - 1year FTC
You’ll be joining the Customer Service team and we are right at the heart of the holidays business. We look after our customers from when they book with us, right through to when they return home from their holiday. We ensure that if they have any issues, we’re quick to resolve them - meaning they’ll book with us again and tell their friends and family.
What You’ll Be Doing
Do you want to help improve our customer experience, enjoy solving problems and have a positive and curious attitude? If so, this role is for you. You’ll be helping to support our customers experiencing pre-travel amendments to their holidays. Your responsibility will be helping to co-ordinate, deliver and proactively communicate all amendments which impact our customers before they go – with a particular focus on our hotel changes. You’ll work closely with the wider Customer team, balancing decisions between commercial and customer experience to find the right outcome for the business and customer.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
You will have Experience in communicating with customers, have excellent written and verbal communication and people skills.
The candidate must have confidence in dealing with high stress situations and conflict, with a passion for service recovery.
Be able to work with ambiguity and display strong judgement and the ability to learn systems quickly
Someone with an attentive to detail and commercial acumen
Strong stakeholder management skills with excellent Microsoft desktop skills
A person with salesforce and booking reservation systems experience is desirable but not essential
Demonstrable experience in a Customer Service environment.
LOCATION & HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time role and will be based in Luton, 40 hours per week. However, we work flexibly and support working from home typically 2 days per week. The role will be covering nine to five Monday to Friday, however there is a requirement for occasional weekend work.
