The Inflight Records and Logistics Specialist is responsible for maintaining and auditing Flight Attendant records, delivering training material to Instructors, and assisting in the design and development of Inflight Training curriculum. The Specialist will work closely with the Manager, Inflight Training to ensure regulatory compliance and standards in all areas of the Training program.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Own the Training records process for Inflight
- Assist with the design, development, and continuous updates of the Inflight Training curriculum to meet all regulatory requirements and changes.
- Update and monitor Inflight Training records to ensure all qualified Flight Attendants remain current and in compliance with FAA requirements.
- Communicate regularly with the Manager, Inflight Training regarding Flight Attendant qualification status.
- Assist the Manager, Inflight Training with all external (FAA, DoD, IOSA) and internal (IAP) training records and qualification audits.
- Interface regularly with applicable Company departments, training facilities, and training
- Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
- Other duties as assigned by the Manger, Inflight
Here’s what you need to be successful:
Minimum Qualifications
- 4-year degree in Business, Aviation, or related field and/or equivalent work
- 4+ years of prior experience as a Flight Attendant and/or Inflight
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects on time with minimal supervision, ability to work varied hours when necessary to meet deadlines.
- High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, and maintain
- Must be willing to work with other departments within the Company as
- Must be able to communicate effectively both written and
- Must be able to successfully complete Flight Attendant training and maintain
- Ability to adapt to a start-up work
- Ability to assist in the operation and travel, as
- Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug
- Must pass a TSA required fingerprint-based criminal history records check and a Breeze background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding and working knowledge of FAA regulations Part 121 N&O and 8900
- Experience using an Electronic Record Keeping and Scheduling System
