Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of Brand & Marketing Department, Sales & Marketing Division. He/she will be responsible for driving SIA’s brand awareness, digital customer engagement, global revenue, and seamless, personalized communications journeys for our customers through managing all aspects of email marketing communications and Whatsapp marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own, drive and implement the digital marketing communications strategy to SIA’s customer database, email recipient list and subscribers via the eDM and Whatsapp Marketing channels.
  • Manage the content, optimization and deliveries for abandon cart, retargeting, brand awareness, company announcements, customer engagement, travel notification, pre-flight, promotional and partners’ campaigns.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices to maintain and improve usability (layouts, user/mobile optimized, rendering etc), campaign metrics (opens, clicks, unsubscribe rates etc), performance KPIs (transactions, conversions etc) and deliverability
  • Review and analysis of global campaign data and generation of insights to provide recommendations that optimize performance KPIs which include open, click-to-open rates and conversions.
  • Perform and ensure regular A/B Testing and optimisation practices are carried out by all campaign creators using relevant data and insights.
  • Guide BUs’ and stations’ campaigns with technical recommendations, campaign planning, activation processes, template enhancements, optimization of performance and application of best practices.
  • Maintain and update email delivery checklist, training materials and best practices guide.
  • Collaborate and work closely with various stakeholders from the content team, creative & media agency, customer experience department, public affairs, station offices, IT, data governance, loyalty marketing, e-commerce and other subsidiaries within the group (e.g. Krisshop and Pelago)
  • Undertake additional special projects as and when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, digital-related and other general degree
  • Preferably proficient in marketing automation or email marketing software such as Adobe campaign, Salesforce, Marketo, Oracle etc.
  • Preferably experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, campaign management, email marketing or any marketing tech systems
  • A keen interest in digital marketing, email/mobile push campaigns and the willingness to learn
  • Strong planning and prioritization abilities, meticulous, analytical, data-driven, collaborative, adaptable, strong stakeholder management skills and performance oriented.
