Requirements

• Advanced degree in computer engineering, CTIS, MIS, statistics, mathematics or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English
• At least 6 years of proven experience in implementing and leading AI and data analytics projects.
• Strong technical skills in machine learning, deep learning, data analysis, and modeling.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL.
• Professional expertise and experience on software development with Oracle DB
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various partners and cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with AI and data science trends.
• Alignment with our company culture and values.
• Preferably residing in Asian side of İstanbul

In this role you will

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative AI and analytics projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and strategies.
• Collaborate with various internal teams and external partners to integrate AI solutions into business processes and workflows.
• Conduct advanced statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms to extract insights and inform business decisions.
• Manage the full lifecycle of data science projects, from initial conception and data exploration to implementation and performance tracking.
• Act as a subject matter expert in AI and data science, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Continuously evaluate new and emerging technologies in AI, machine learning, and data analytics for potential adoption.
• Ensure the integrity and security of company data in compliance with privacy laws and best practices.
• Develop and present clear and actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision making within the organization.
• Engage in cross-departmental collaboration to identify new data sources and opportunities for data utilization.
