Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain and update databases for fraud screening processes
Perform validation of all transactions screened through the fraud tool
Extract summary of deductions and settlement reports from payment gateways
Perform validation of transactions billed by Partners
Validation of deducted refunds and chargeback
Coordinate with internal and external Partners for any issues and clarifications
Provide support to the department’s projects and other admin tasks
Perform duties that may be assigned from time to time
Basic Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-Year related to Business Administration/Accountancy or equivalent
Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
