Roles and responsibilities include:

Total Rewards Strategy:

  • Develop and execute total rewards strategies that align with Cebu Pacific's business goals and values.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the airline's rewards offerings remain competitive.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Oversee the design and management of competitive compensation structures, ensuring alignment with industry benchmarks.
  • Lead the evaluation, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives.

Recognition Programs:

  • Design and implement employee recognition programs that reinforce a culture of appreciation and motivate exceptional performance.

Performance Incentives:

  • Develop performance-based incentive programs that reward individual and team achievements, enhancing employee motivation and organizational outcomes.

Executive Compensation:

  • Manage executive compensation programs, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and shareholder interests.

Employee Communication:

  • Collaborate with internal communication teams to effectively communicate total rewards offerings to employees, fostering transparency and understanding.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a strategic partner, and collaborate with stakeholders, in managing employee relations matters.
  • Investigate and resolve workplace issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.

This could be for you if you:

  • Have 10 - 15 years of e xtensive experience in compensation and benefits management, including executive compensation, within the aviation industry or a similar setting.
  • In-depth understanding of regulations, labor laws, and industry standards relevant to total rewards.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing successful total rewards strategies and programs.
  • Familiarity with creating performance-based incentive programs and employee recognition initiatives that drive motivation and engagement.
  • Knowledge of executive compensation programs and their alignment with organizational objectives and shareholder interests.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking to lead the development and execution of total rewards strategies that drive organizational success.
  • Proficiency in designing compensation structures, conducting benchmark analyses, and ensuring internal equity.
  • Skill in managing and optimizing employee benefits programs to enhance employee well-being and job satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate total rewards offerings to employees

Note: This position will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila, and on a hybrid work environment.
