Are you open-minded and eager to learn? Do you want to be a part of an international team and gain insights into the global marketing department of the Lufthansa Group? Then join our Global Marketing B2C Strategy and Standards team as an intern for an exciting six-month opportunity.

Tasks

Your strong communication skills and passion for marketing define you. With a hybrid work set-up, including 1-2 days of remote work, we expect you to take the lead when necessary. You should be comfortable covering various tasks in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

  • Assist the Global content team
  • Pitch in to develop marketing ideas for our global audience
  • Coordinate the global communication and management reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging
  • Compiling and producing executive summaries for reportings of global marketing activities
  • Admin of the user management section of the global marketing collaboration tool
  • Assist with publishing performance targets
  • Prepare strategic management meetings
  • On-site assistance for events in/or outside Frankfurt e.g. other european offices

Requirements

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:

  • You must be at least in your third semester of study at the time of the internship
  • Matriculation for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and certificate of mandatory internship must be attached to the application)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • High degree of commitment and able to work self-reliant, structured and efficiency driven
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and additional responsibilities
  • Experience in working with MSOffice
  • Positive attitude and a team player mindset
