Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Economy, or a related field from a reputable university
• Minimum experience of 4 years in airline network planning or a related field.
• Proficiency in network planning software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Knowledge of industry trends, aviation regulations, and market dynamics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams
• Excellent command in English
• Preferably located in Anatolian Side of Istanbul

In this role you will

• Develop and implement long-term and short-term network strategies to meet the airline's business objectives and market demands.
• Identify new markets and routes, evaluating their feasibility and profitability.
• Create and optimize flight schedules to ensure efficient aircraft utilization, minimize operating costs, and maximize revenue.
• Continuously monitor the airline's network performance, including load factors, revenue, and other relevant metrics, and manage seat inventory.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to make informed decisions regarding the network.
• Utilize data and analytics to make data-driven decisions, track performance, and continuously improve network planning processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Fleet Management, Revenue Management, Operations, and Commercial departments, to align network planning with overall company goals.
• Ensure network plans comply with all relevant aviation regulations and restrictions.
