Job Title
Manager, Human Capital Business Partner
Reports To
General Manager, Culture & Stakeholder Engagement
Role Purpose
This position is responsible in managing strategic GHC initiatives at BU to translate business agenda into a HC agenda to support company’s direction.
Key Accountability
- Facilitate and involve with resource planning rationalization at divisional level in execution to medium term planning horizon. Track and update manpower statistics, follow through on recruitment needs, facilitate team mobilization within division and strategize future needs based on business requirement
- Facilitate business process transformation. Manage discussions and work closely with the respective coordinators at BU to consolidate and achieve performance indicators, explore productivity improvement and implementation of identified initiatives
- Develop and enhance EMD career path for technical and non-technical role. Gather data, insights, handle analytics and make recommendations based on those results
- Provide assistance and negotiation with BUs in matters related to OD (e.g. job requisition, job evaluation and structure change), compensation and benefits
- Institutionalise and elevate MH values in the business through direct and indirect engagement with management team and employees. Be a catalyst of change towards Lean and agile in BU and provide insights in people related matters
- Ensure the established governance, control and policy related matters are properly communicated and executed at Divisions that supports HR planning, budgeting and reporting processes
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management or Business Management or related field with at least 8 years in HR with min 5 years’ experience Human Capital Business Partner (Human Capital Planning/Business Analytics/Human Capital Business Partner/Organisational Development/Human Capital Operations)
