Role Introduction

Reports To: Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition – Service Delivery

The Jobholder is responsible for supporting recruitment and onboarding administration and co-ordination for identified employee groups. The jobholder is also accountable for contributing to the execution of a signature Cathay Pacific candidate experience through all key touch-points.

This is a fixed-term contract until 31 Dec 2025.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative support throughout the end to end recruitment process of Service Delivery roles including but not limited to job posting, manage applications, medical check-up coordination, pre-employment background checks and language assessments arrangements
  • Maintain and manage recruitment related technology platforms (TalentLink, HireVue, Cut-E, First Advantages etc.)
  • Support all talent acquisition campaigns including job fairs, campus recruitment, career talks, walk-in days, etc.
  • Answer enquiries regarding recruitment related issues
  • Prepare statistics reports
  • Process employment/training visas for outport recruits
  • Provide office coverage for whole team as required
  • Prepare monthly expenses claim
  • Deputise for the Talent Acquisition Specialist if needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
  • Graduate opportunity, 1-2 years’ experience in an HR or talent acquisition role advantageous
  • Previous exposure to high volume recruitment advantageous
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking / eRecruit platform advantageous
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Cantonese
  • Teamplayer, proactive, high drive, attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
