Flight Operations Support Specialist
Whether you’re at one of the 154 airports we operate from, or are helping to support them from our central offices, a job in Operations is all about keeping the front line of our business (and our customers) moving in a safe and efficient way. We rely on them to have the right people, processes, and equipment ready at the right time. And whilst they're helping to make low cost travel easy, we’re looking after them with great working environments, flexible shifts, bonus schemes, and great teams to work in.
We are recruiting for a Flight Operations Support Specialist to ensure the smooth execution of regulatory and operationally critical processes, within our Flight Operations department. This role is essential for maintaining minimal operational disruptions and ensuring our operations are carried out efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include monitoring KPIs, managing aircraft documentation and transfers, coordinating document distribution, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. You'll also maintain regulatory compliance, handle payments, document processes, and support team efficiency and projects.
What You Need To Do This Role
You will have a strong understanding and practical experience in handling Flight Operations documents and logistics systems. You should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills, along with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and deliver high-quality results consistently. Proficiency in collating and analysing data to provide actionable recommendations is essential, alongside being self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team setting.
To be successful, you should display organisational ability, maintain a positive 'can-do' attitude, and display adaptability in navigating through varied tasks within a dynamic, cross-functional environment. Building effective relationships across all organisational levels is crucial, underscoring the importance of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
