Internship Ground Aircraft & Cargo Processes

Your six months internship starts in July 2024. The internship is compensated.

Tasks

We are looking for an analytically thinking, communicative and creative person for the following tasks:

• You will actively support us with the further harmonization of the Lufthansa Group processes and the IATA industry standards
• You co-design qualification standards for more than 60.000 employees in the Ground Operations business
• You will cooperate with various interfaces within the Ground Operations cosmos, such as international stations, hub management and Lufthansa Group Airlines
• You will gain insight into the working environment of an airline group and have the opportunity to gather hands-on experience directly at the airport and aircraft
• You will have the chance to leave your own footprints in Lufthansa Group Ground Operations

Requirements

You have the following skill set:

• You are at least in the third semester of your study at the time of the internship
• You are matriculated for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and certificate of mandatory internship must be attached to the application) or you are completing the internship between your Bachelor's and Master's studies (Gap Year)
• You show a high degree of motivation, commitment, flexibility and initiative
• You have good communication skills in German and English as well as analytical skills
• You are independent, structured and accurate in your working methods and you catch up new challenges easily
• Microsoft Office 365 is not worth mentioning for you
