Join us as Recruitment Lead, this is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our award-winning team, who prides itself in providing an outstanding recruitment and onboarding experience. You will provide a consultative and strategic approach to Talent acquisition in a 360-recruitment role within our Specialist and Executive Resourcing team.
Utilising your expertise to influence and deliver a significantly high level of recruitment through the resourcing life cycle across the business. You will lead on a variety of roles through to senior and complex specialist roles. Partnering with senior business stakeholders including Heads, VP’s and Chiefs to define the most appropriate attraction methodology and sourcing strategies to hire the right individual with maximum speed and proficiency to meet the demands of the business area, for both current and future requirements. Focused on a proactive and inclusive approach using tools, data insights for best-in-class delivery.
Key accountabilities will be:
- To deliver an exemplary end to end resourcing and onboarding solution for all permanent and FTC hiring, at all levels across business.
- Design and create recruitment selection processes to recruit the best talent whilst also producing a diverse and inclusive experience.
- Build partnerships with senior leaders and act as a specialist advisor on talent demand planning.
- Support key partners by influencing and driving standard process to fulfil a best-in-class recruitment experience.
- Partnering closely with wider people teams to support projects and scoping discussions.
- Conduct thorough market mapping and produce regular insights.
- To contribute to a culture of service excellence and drive continuous improvement by bringing external and expert insights.
- Working closely with Reward and external resources, conducting benchmarking exercises to ensure competitiveness in the marketplace.
- Work with Employer Brand to design and implement innovative and cost-effective attraction strategies.
- Always ensure adherence to governance and quality of data within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and processes are fully utilised, all records are kept up to date and accurate, ensuring confidentiality is maintained with the candidate experience in mind.
- Be an advocate of data security, GDPR and privacy ensuring compliance to all training and assessment, keeping abreast of latest policies, and proactively driving and improving data protection best practices.

We’d love for our successful candidate to demonstrate the following:
- Up-to-date best practice, expertise and thought leadership in senior hiring and corporate recruitment, at all levels including executive hiring, gained from experience within agency, in-house and/or RPO function.
- Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
- Evidence of utilising data and insights to form methods of attraction across all channels, with attention to detail on recruitment processes and high data quality.
- Proficient in recruiting for Digital, Tech, Marketing, and HR specialisms
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Qualified Practitioner in psychometric assessment tools and selection methodology is preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrable experience in operationalising Talent demand planning, including Talent pooling and Talent pipelining, with extensive and up-to-date knowledge of market leading talent attraction tools, talent projects, services and job boards. Ideally with Oracle, Avature LinkedIN, Textio experience.
- Passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
