BAE Systems do offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however it is expected on our Graduate Programme you will be required to attend your site 3-4 days per week. Please note, this may be subject to change in line with the needs of the business. The hybrid working arrangements including which days you are required to work on site/remotely will be outlined by your line manager.

What You Will Be Doing

Working closely with the Maritime & Land Sector Head of Total Talent, you will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of Human Resources specialist areas including Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership and Learning. Maritime and Land is a large, growing business of c25000 employees that operates globally including UK, Australia and Canada. This role is critical to enabling our mission is to build a strong, diverse, adaptable, and high performing work force that will develop and grow our future business. Duties And Responsibilities

  • Supporting leadership of the Talent Review process for the Sector
  • Leading various talent management projects and activities
  • Managing talent data and develop presentations for leadership meetings about talent activities
  • Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders right across the BAE enterprise globally

Skills

As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Human Resources or Human Resources related degree e.g. Business with Human Resources

On commencement of employment you will be paid a one-off non-consolidated lump sum payment of £2,000 (the “Welcome Payment”).
