Job Description

Market Research and Analysis

  • Gather & analyze secondary and primary data about markets (travel behavior, consumer behavior, passenger demand & traffic, market sizing)
  • Work with cross-departmental functions (data insights, route revenue, finance, network, marketing) to generate passenger forecasting / revenue projections
  • Provide feasibility analysis for new markets


Go-To-Market

  • Develop a go-to-market strategy for new markets that includes operations setup, target setting, partnership identification, commercial strategy, and launch plan


Project Management

  • Work with cross-departmental functions to execute the go-to market strategy
  • Monitor sales performance until inaugural & develop strategic initiatives to address gaps in the go-to-market strategy
  • Ensure timely implementation of the marketing plan until launch
  • Ensure smooth turnover of market to marketing team who will sustain the market / product


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, tourism, aviation management, Marketing or related field
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Able to work well in complex, dynamic environments & deal with multiple layers of stakeholders
  • Knowledge of airline systems- including distribution channels, and interline infrastructure is a plus
