Job Description
Market Research and Analysis
- Gather & analyze secondary and primary data about markets (travel behavior, consumer behavior, passenger demand & traffic, market sizing)
- Work with cross-departmental functions (data insights, route revenue, finance, network, marketing) to generate passenger forecasting / revenue projections
- Provide feasibility analysis for new markets
Go-To-Market
- Develop a go-to-market strategy for new markets that includes operations setup, target setting, partnership identification, commercial strategy, and launch plan
Project Management
- Work with cross-departmental functions to execute the go-to market strategy
- Monitor sales performance until inaugural & develop strategic initiatives to address gaps in the go-to-market strategy
- Ensure timely implementation of the marketing plan until launch
- Ensure smooth turnover of market to marketing team who will sustain the market / product
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, tourism, aviation management, Marketing or related field
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Able to work well in complex, dynamic environments & deal with multiple layers of stakeholders
- Knowledge of airline systems- including distribution channels, and interline infrastructure is a plus
