     About your next Challenge as a Lead, HR Business Partner:

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the business partner is responsible for providing strategic and operational support to managers and employees of its various clients group.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide advice and coaching to leaders and managers in the resolution of their human resources management issues as well as in the development of their management skills;
  • Carry out HR interventions adapted to business needs and the human aspects of operational issues;
  • Provide advice and expertise on working conditions and relations;
  • Work closely with your expert colleagues in the department, to provide support to your client in staffing, compensation, training and organizational development;
  • Act as an change agent in order to support managers in the various organizational transformations implemented;
  • Implement various initiatives to improve HRM measures, practices and policies.

Required Skills and Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or Business Administration, Human Resources Management option;
  • Minimum seven (7) years of relevant experience and holder of the CRHA designation;
  • Good experience in labour relations management;
  • Possess good analytical and synthesis skills;
  • Strong organizational and priority management skills;
  • Pair demonstrates excellent communication and influential leadership skills;
  • Adapts easily to new situations and operates effectively in an ever-changing environment;
  • Able to work with multiple stakeholders at the same time;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Ability to communicate easily in both French and English (due to regular interactions with colleagues and partners outside Quebec).

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program;
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada “Reliability” status and/or Level 2 (Secret) security clearance.
