What does this role look like?
As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative, office management,
protocol, and communication duties in support of the Lockheed Martin Space Security Directorate leader and leadership staff.
Key Activities You Will Accomplish In This Role
Communicate with executive, administrative and line management personnel to gather or convey relevant information.
Perform all normal secretarial, administrative and clerical duties of a senior administrative assistant including scheduling meetings, maintaining schedules in Microsoft Outlook, setting up teleconferences, organizing domestic and international travel and completing expense reporting.
Scheduling conference rooms and facilities used by multiple groups.
Communication duties include ensuring all correspondence is accurate, complete, and properly handled; you will prepare messages using multiple forms of media.
You must be detail oriented and manage time well to handle multiple requests and tasks. This requires determining priorities of non-routine situations.
The role may require overtime and flexible work hours.
