The Senior Analyst System Support collaborates closely with the Head of Ground Workforce Planning to assist the Workforce Planning Teams with their IT System requirements. This position entails supporting both routine operations (BAU) and project-related tasks associated with the INFORM Groundstar software suite, Deputy rostering solution, and Ground Support Equipment solution tracking. Responsibilities include ensuring the ongoing integrity of the utilised applications, facilitating the implementation of new features, and maintaining accurate documentation and business rules. The role serves as a pivotal liaison between operational demands and IT support, offering a diverse range of experiences spanning Airports, Freight, Engineering, and system support functions.
You’ll have: -
Proven experience in a systems based role (desirable)
Analytical and solution focused approach to problem solving, with a drive to work to tight and everchanging deadlines
Excellent stakeholder management and have the ability to communicate with individuals of all levels
Knowledge of manpower planning/rostering systems (advantageous but not essential)
Knowledge and experience of data extraction and analytics with tools such as PowerBI or Tableau. SQL query experience (advantageous but not essential)
Knowledge of cloud computing (eg. AWS, Azure) including data storage and related system management (advantageous but not essential)
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a dynamic environment
Advanced working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Suite products
Ability to travel interstate when required
