About The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Marketing and Communications team to co-ordinate our key marketing and brand related events. You will assist with events in our London flagship Office – Cottons Centre, and provide admin and logistics support for other events across the region, including but not limited to other growth / sales or marketing and brand related events.
Key Responsibilities
- Running external / brand related events in Riverview space, Cottons Centre.
- Taking the initial enquiry through to the running of the event
- Liaising with external suppliers.
- Ensuring the relevant stakeholders are aware of all events and HSE guidelines are being adhered to.
- The role will entail out of hours work with some very early mornings and late nights to set up and break down certain elements of the events.
- Providing admin and logistics support for marketing or brand related events across the region.
- Co-ordinating with the marketing sector leads and providing support for our key conferences and tradeshows
- Attending conferences or events that need coordination or support.
- Oversee post-event activity, including analysis, invoicing, and inputting client data into salesforce.
Here’s What You’ll Need
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage several events at once.
- A problem solver – ability to use your initiative and have a Plan B for any last minute issues
- Good interpersonal skills and tact to establish and maintain credibility with a wide range of events contacts.
- Knowledge of health, safety and security protocols and able to react quickly if needed to implement them.
