Tasks
Your tasks may include the following:
- Provide support for our electronic performance management and talent visibility tools.
- Support the HR Manager in planning, scheduling, and delivering HR concepts and special projects and talent development programs.
- Support and gain exposure to internal and external recruitment processes.
- Support Emergency Response department in coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.
- Maintain the Emergency Response volunteer database, online platform & emergency notification system.
- Coordination of short-term projects.
- Support corporate citizenship initiatives and the development of the Lufthansa Group volunteer organization in the Americas.
- Take ownership and provide administrative support on special projects to ensure their success.
* All other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
You must fulfill the following requirements:
- Bachelor student currently enrolled in their 3rd or 4th year studying psychology, business. administration, social sciences, or related studies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented, motivated, energetic personality, commitment to customer service.
- Willing and able to handle emotionally demanding Emergency Response topics with an empathic approach.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Time management skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- A minimum of 20 hours during the school semester and 40 hours during school breaks.
- Must be enrolled in University full-time.
