Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
- Leading sales projects, contract negotiations in close cooperation with the respective TX unit in the region.
- Develop offers / business plans for sales projects including concepts, pricing and risk assessment based on the cost calculations.
- Analysis & forecasting sales strategies and performance of sales activities.
- Customer visits and build-up of lasting, reliable and resilient customer relationships.
- Active analysis, steering and optimization of the assigned customer accounts.
- Smooth transition from acquisition phase to contract fulfillment phase and further to after sales phase including necessary information flows and documentation.
- Support of Product launches in the markets.
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors.
Requirements
The ideal Product Sales / Key Account Manager, Business Segment Engine Services must fulfill the following requirements:
- University degree in Business Admin./Economics or Aviation Engineering.
- Master's degree desirable.
- Professional experience in the MRO industry, specifically in “engine maintenance services”, and aircraft modification solutions.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international technical sales.
- In-depth knowledge of the LHT processes & procedures.
- English and French required.
- Spanish, German and Portuguese desirable.
- MS Office (advanced level).
- SAP as user.
- Responsible of revenue.
- Must possess work permit in Canada.
- Assessment screening.
- Willingness to travel.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
