- Support overall operations and responsible for the effective and successful achievement of productivity & quality control
- Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and physical flow
- Writing down business processes to meet the defined SLA's
- Communicate customer issues with the Operations Linehaul team and support ways of resolving problems and complaints
- Accurate partners costs checking and credit note
- Monitoring of return flows with the implementation of various reportings for local return
- Support QMS department in the regular partners quality audits
- Participation to Projects on managers request
- Completed commercial training or a degree, preferably in the logistics and/or aviation industry
- Work experience in a similar role within the logistics industry
- Experienced in supplier management
- Profound knowledge of customer service and supply chain processes
- Very good commercial skills and high service orientation
- Stress resistant and a team player
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (especially Powerpoint and Excel)
- Power BI would be a plus
- Fluent in English and German (French desirable, but not essential)
