Tasks
Review our organization & determine our strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. Recommend ideas to minimize risks & formulate plans to make our long-term goals a reality. Identify growth opportunities for our digital business, prepare strategic decisions, & drive their implementation.
- Lead the digital commercial & customer experience strategy of the EW Group as well as the EW Digital company strategy
- Collect/Orchestrate insights about competitor positioning, commercial performance, innovations, etc. from various sources to develop & evaluate strategic options
- Own the strategic planning process at EW Digital to ensure this process is timely, focused, and value-adding
- Be a strategy coach to the leadership team within the business
- Link our strategic long-term goals to our annual OKR process as well as to the EW Aviation corporate strategy planning
- Evaluate new strategic growth opportunities and/or potential partners
- Analyze long-term market to purpose recommendations to leadership and management across the business concerning business development opportunities
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience in strategy management/strategy consulting or in a strategically oriented role
- Exceptionally strategic mindset as well as a feel for markets and trends
- Fundamental understanding of digital business models and the aviation domain
- Experienced in managing complex strategy projects
- Strongly analytical, an excellent organizer with attention to detail, and an empathetic team player
- Proactive communicator with very good facilitation & presentation skills
- An enthusiast for eCommerce and aviation
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar
