- Manage vendor relationship with the IT service providers for a specific area "IT Tower"
- Plan, prioritize and budget all incoming change requests from the organization related to IT infrastructure in accordance with current or planned strategies, architectures & contingency requests and in collaboration with the supervisor
- Ensure comprehensive inspection and monitoring of the quality performance of the IT outsourcing provider according to SLA's
- Support the contract manager by defining appropriate service management processes
- Central interface with LSG SC regional organization & LSG IT service centers
- Contribute to the further development of the LSG IT infrastructure in terms of data center, desktop services, network technology & telecommunications

- A degree in computer science or business administration (specialization in IT) or comparable several years of professional experience
- Your strengths include the ability to work independently, enthusiasm and commitment as well as a high level of customer orientation
- You combine outstanding communication skills and an empathetic nature with analytical thinking
- You act with an appreciative attitude and work in a team-oriented manner
- You are able to master your tasks in German and English and you are familiar with dealing with different cultures and target groups
- Conflict management skills to mediate between different positions in the environment
- Persuasiveness & motivation to place the tasks in the direction of the necessary departments
