Aviation Recruitment Network Limited is a supplier of airport recruitment solutions to companies operating in and out of UK airports.

We are looking to build our database of experienced personnel and we are actively looking for Customer Service Agents at East Midlands Airport (DE74 2SA) for temporary work until the end of October 2023.

Pay rates are between £10.44 p/h - £12.54 p/h (depending on the client and shift pattern)

Applicants must be able to work a variety of shifts between 0330 hrs and 2330 hrs including weekends.

Our Customer Service Agents perform a variety of duties which will include:

• Face-to-face customer service.
• Meet and greet services.
• Check-in duties.
• Retail sales.
• Assisting passengers through security.

Customer Service Agents will receive:

• 20 hrs – 40 hrs per week plus overtime.
• Part-time opportunities (flexibility required).
• Training and development.
• Weekly or monthly pay.
• 30% Staff discounted travel on Skylink bus.
• Free parking (depending on the client).

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have experience working in a customer-facing environment.
• Be flexible and work in all roles.
• Be prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends.
• Be capable of standing for long periods and on occasion working outdoors.

Successful Customer Service Agents will be subject to the following security checks:

• 5-year checkable history.
• Criminal records check application (reimbursed after 4 weeks of assignment).
