Tasks
The Customer Service Support MRO is responsible for:
- Handle all process related customer inquiries, internal and external, being the interface within LHT, the accounts and other business partners.
- Create cost estimates for non-contracted and out of contract repairs, process customer‘s approval.
- Detect and invoice cases of mishandling, modification, and scrap.
- Proactively work to resolve claims and discrepancies as they occur.
- Responsible for TAT fulfillment, coordinate business units within LHT to meet customers’ requirements.
- Monitor customer orders, adhering to contracted rates and services.
- Initiate, coordinate and track shipments in cooperation with LTL.
- Work in and with various systems, such as E-bat, MAX-LRU, SAP, etc.
- Process documentation according to instruction and procedures.
*All other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
The ideal Customer Service Support MRO must fulfill the following requirements:
- High school diploma/GED desirable.
- College degree/vocational training desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree desirable.
- 1-2 years' experience of MRO Customer Service.
- English required.
- German and Spanish desirable.
- MRO Customer Service knowledge desirable.
- SAP and CSS Training or equivalent OJT desirable.
- MS Office as user.
- Willingness to travel.
- Hybrid Model (Remotely & In the Office).
- Assessment screening.
- High stress levels.
