Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
- Handle the sales lead pipeline and reply to incoming call appointments, if applicable.
- Prioritize sales leads from collated pre-qualified lists of potential call targets, using your own discretion on priority.
- Analyze corporate databases to identify potential call targets.
- Conduct a ‘welcome call’ for new contracted customers.
- Activate new corporate and agency accounts and ensure engagement.
- Monitor and analyze account activity and customer behavior based on new business projection monitoring.
- Follow up on open sales leads and inactive new corporate accounts in order to activate and engage the customer.
- Coordination of sales calls and visits with JV counterparts.
- Manage portfolio for extended region.
*Participate in other duties as assigned.
Requirements
The ideal New Business and SME Account Manager must fulfill the following requirements:
- High school certificate, A level/ Abitur or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree desirable.
- Professional Experience is desirable.
- English required.
- German desirable.
- Expert knowledge is desirable.
- Computer skills as user.
- Excellent entrepreneurial / commercial mindset.
- Excellent independent and proactive approach.
- Excellent professional and confident manner.
- Excellent well groomed appearance.
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Assessment may be required.
