En Eaton (Las Piedras, PR) tenemos la vacante Operator II. Este rol tiene las siguientes responsabilidades:
Descripcion General Del Puesto
Opera variedad de máquinas industriales para: cortar, doblar, estirar, formar metales, etc. Interpreta y aplica especificaciones al producto e inspecciona piezas de acuerdo a dibujos y requisitos establecidos en el área.
Competencias Del Puesto
- Seguir y cumplir procedimiento de ISO 9001 establecido para el área asignada de trabajo.
- Operar maquinaria asociada a las operaciones del área asignada.
- Operar el equipo, máquinas y/o “fixtures” para hacer un trabajo que cumpla con las especificaciones requeridas.
- Observar la operación y asegurar que los procesos cumplan con las especificaciones.
- Inspeccionar el producto que maneja de acuerdo las especificaciones.
- Notificar al supervisor o a la persona asignada cualquier desviación fuera de lo normal.
- Asegurarse que las condiciones del equipo y la maquinaria funcionan bien.
- Mantener las máquinas y áreas limpias para asegurar el manejo y mantenimiento apropiado del mismo “housekeeping”.
- Documentar y reportar informes de incompletos diariamente.
- Mantener un flujo constante de material llegando a la "Bodine" (Ejemplo: "Bowl" de "contact arm", magneto y “load terminal”).
- Cumplir con todos los requisitos de seguridad establecidos.
- Notificar condiciones inseguras que puedan aparecer en el área.
- Iniciativa propia y poder trabajar bajo mínima supervisión.
- Realizar otras tareas relacionadas al puesto.
Responsabilidades Especificas
- Notificar necesidad de arreglos o cambios substanciales en la operación
- Alertar deficiencia o condición que pueda afectar la calidad del producto
- Hacer movimiento de materiales con “carrito” manual o esfuerzo físico.
- Responsable de equipos, limpieza, organización y materiales en el área de trabajo.
- Mantener consistencia en volúmenes de producción – eficiencia
- Mantener consistencia en producción libre de errores
Qualifications
Requisitos Mínimos Del Puesto
- Educación: Cuarto año de Escuela Superior.
- Experiencia: Un (1) año de experiencia.
- Destrezas manuales y visuales.
