Role and Responsibilities
- The holder of this position will be required to handle Delineates requirements to solve complex business problems using differing technologies and systems views, in one or more assigned functional areas and across domains (Sabre and customer)
- Assists in the development of moderate to complex service models and prototypes, creates and implements customer feedback mechanisms, uses broad knowledge of human factors engineering principles
- Provides technical/functional assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
- Provides consultation to users in detailed functionalities of automated systems
- Leads cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues
- Supports development teams by assisting with functionality questions, addressing testing issues, EPR issues, training on new products, leading implementation meetings and other deployment and delivery functions
- Creates business workflows, user workflow diagrams and clear UI mockups in order to define both existing and future system functionality
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers, both remotely as well as on-site, to train, extract and define business requirements
- Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to successfully implement Crew software systems within the planned duration and budget
- Articulates Flight Operations software integration requirements and concepts across multiple functional domains such as Aircraft Movement, Flight Planning, Crew Scheduling, Network Planning from customers to the technical team and vice versa
- Articulates Flight Crew Scheduling concepts with specific focus on Crew Software’s, Modules processes from customers to the technical team and vice versa
- Works as part of and provides support to the technical team during development
- Will lead the interface with the customer, internal or external, regarding both support and deliverables.
- Documenting customer business requirements and ability to create technical flows.
- Testing and documenting new releases and/or new or change functionality in modules.
- Ensures that approved methods, processes, and tools are consistently used.

Basic Knowledge in programming/scripting
- Experience working in global teams
- Experience in programming languages – Preferably SQL. Knowledge in executing SQL queries – specifically utilizing unions and Joins clauses to combine sets of data using values that are common to each set
- Experience in both Windows and Unix environments
- Preferred: Airline background in crew scheduling or flight operations
- Preferred: Knowledge of Airline Operation – Scheduling
- Onsite Travel Trip involved up to 75% of time
Work Experience
- 4+ years of exp in Business Analyst/ Product Owner
- Experience in Airline Industry is Preferred
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
