Based at Component Maintenance in Melbourne, the Commercial & Materials Coordinator is responsible for providing valued customer service, inducting all the components entering the business and proactively overseeing all customer work, managing customer expectations and providing timely communications of component status and performance as well as continually analysing and planning material requirements, actively involved in supplier management and purchasing to ensure part availability and component repair turn-around time targets are achieved.
You’ll have –
- High level customer facing service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience within a purchasing environment
- Ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders across all levels
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Tertiary qualification in business, finance or logistics discipline would be advantageous
- Advanced computer literacy and skills in PC applications
