Plans, develop, analyze and evaluate compensation programs and practices in one or more areas of compensation including compensation services, compensation administration, incentive systems, executive compensation and international compensation for the purpose of meeting business objectives. Ensures that a competitive compensation position is maintained; ensures conformance with legislated requirements and regional/international cultural needs; and ensures maximum overall program effectiveness. Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree/equivalent. Finance, mathematics, or related quantitative discipline degree preferred. MBA preferred. Professional accreditation (ccp, grp, shrm, etc.) Strongly preferred. Six (6) years compensation, financial analysis, statistical analysis or quantitative related experience required. Knowledge of compensation programs, general human resources policies and procedures, federal laws and regulatory environment related to compensation preferred. Proficiency in various computer applications required. Excellent analytical, statistical, problem solving, project planning, human relations and communication skills required.
