About the role
We are hiring for your skills to be responsible for the Groupâs Talent Development strategy, philosophy, vision, mission providing oversight on both technical managerial and employee development. Ensure proper training analysis, programme design, development and implementation. Lead and Manage the Groupâs Talent Development department and ensure it remains capable of delivering effective and realistic support to meet Group needs throughout the network.
Other operational duties would include:
- Develop Talent Development Strategy to enable continuous improvement in order to build performance.

Leads and directs the creation of a leadership development strategy and programs that align with the strategic business imperatives, to develop management capabilities throughout the workforce, identifies, designs and develops frameworks critical to both long- and short-term success

Develop and maintain an emphasis on internal learning with strategic use of external partners where appropriate. Create specific programs and initiatives to support aspiring leaders to develop the knowledge and skills required to step up to managerial and leadership roles.
- Responsible for setting direction on all regulatory, compliance and employee development training ensuring the most cost effective and efficient channels are utilized to achieve the business objectives.
- Accountable for the development and maintenance of the learning platforms and technology strategy, in order to enhances the Groupâs learning culture.
- Responsible for the group's approach to blended learning, ensuring that the technology and curriculums are well structured to achieve these aims through the Learning Management System (LMS) as well as other learning methodologies.
- Oversee the design, implementation, maintenance and delivery of a Talent Development Management System (TDMS) to monitor and report on Talent Developmentâs day to day operation.
- Keep abreast of Global and industry specific learning and development trends in order to identify those that can be recommended for implementation within the Group.
- Provide a forum for Training Managers across the Group to discuss best practices, innovation, digitization, collaboration and the sharing of best practice.

Qualifications
About You
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Talent Development Team.
- Minimum qualification of bachelorâs degree or equivalent is essential.
- Minimum 10 years of job-related experience
Essential
- Experience in human resources, business, education, communications or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly influential, engaging and persuasive in communications. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience in international airline / aviation.
