This Waiter/Waitress position is based airside in Terminal 3, London Heathrow Airport (TW6 2QG), working in a prestigious passenger lounge for a leading global airline.
The Waiter/Waitress Responsibilities:
• Serving food and beverages to the customer in a professional manner with high levels of customer service.
• Communicating with customers using exceptional customer service skills.
• Explaining the menu to the customers including allergen and ingredient information when required.
• Removing used crockery and cutlery promptly.
• Restocking all service areas as and when required.
• Supporting the bar when required.
In return the Waiter/Waitress will receive:
• £12.22 per hour.
• Minimum of 40 hours a week guaranteed with overtime available.
• Excellent working environment.
• Free meals on duty.
The ideal Waiter/Waitress will:
• Have previous experience in a similar role.
• Be able to work early and late shifts. (Early 05:15 – 14:15 & late 13:15 – 22:15).
• Able to communicate efficiently in English.
• Have to ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to commute to and from Heathrow Airport via public transport links.
