Crew Controller OCC

We are now looking for Crew Controllers to exercise Crew control for SAS air traffic which includes monitoring and implementation of all traffic decisions that may arise in the execution phase, the last 72 hours in the crew planning process.
Challenges you will work on
- Develop, propose and implement solutions to traffic and operational disruptions
- Recovery from irregular situations
- Commercial inquiries
- Extra production/ ad hoc
- Ensure correct service composition on SAS flights
- Ensure good feasibility during day of operation
To be successful, we believe you should have:
- 3-year high school or equivalent
- Several years of experience working in an operational environment
- Insight in SAS`s production apparatus and processes
- Good knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements regarding SAS production
- Very good knowledge, verbal and written, in English and one Scandinavian language
- Excellent computer skills are an absolute requirement

This is a full-time position based in our head office in Stockholm.
To be eligible for this position you must be able to pass a security test, including a background check.

Frösundavik is a great place to work. There is a restaurant, a café and a newly renovated gym with a variety of classes such as crossfit and yoga, complimentary for all SAS staff.
