The equipment engineer is responsible for feasibility assessment, development, introduction, and delivery of automated equipment, and provides technical support during the use of the equipment.
Junior equipment engineer will support Sr. engineer on above key works, and grow up as independant equiment development contributer.
1. Generate outsourcing equipment technical requirement, join supplier techincal capability assessment, supplier solution justification, equipment buy-off, validation within cost, time and quality target.
2. Generat/evaluate automation solutions, joint work on equipment design, BOM creation, supplier technical monitoring etc.
3. Implement Equipment installation, wiring, bebug, EHS/ELSS compliance and functional improvement etc.
4. Analyze mechan performance, manufacturability using SPC tools etc, and define/execute optimum for machine
Qualifications - External
1.College degree or above,major in mechanical engineering or relevant
2.Good manupulative ability; willing to self-develop on automation industry; Experience on automation equipment production or maintenance is highly preferred.
3.Familiar with automation parts; mechanical processing technology; proficient in Solidworks/Pro-E drawing software is preferred
4.Good communication skills and teamwork skills
English CET-4 above
One or more of below technical knowledge is preferred: magnetics, super capacitor or fuse related industries
