Compensation & Incentive Design; Performance and recognition

Job Responsibilities:
- Full APAC exposure with more than 14 countries working on regional C&B projects (Centre of Excellence)
- Solve business problem with a robust consultative approach, in partnership with other HR teams to identify root cause, develop hypothesis, mine data, give recommendations, and assess the impact of proposed solutions
- Design customer-centric compensation and incentive programs, in partnership with market and functional business leaders, to address current and future talent needs
- Develop and execute implementation plan and work with market People Operations teams on change management
- Ensure optimal Return of Investment (ROI) in achieving business goals and maintaining FedEx's status as Employer of Choice
Job Requirements:- At least 4 years of work experience in Rewards / Compensation & Benefits (C&B) management or related field
- Technical knowledge and experience with Mercer or Hays job evaluation
- Knowledge on market & best practice benchmark, compensation trend in relation to future of work
- Advanced excel skills: Extensive experience working with large data sets and pulling data from multiple sources
- Data Visualization: Ability to transform data findings into customer-centric presentation; hands-on experience with Power BI or SAS Visual Analytics
- Strong advantage if experienced in one or more Statistical programming languages like R, Python, SQL, SAS
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University in any field
