Now, we are seeking Senior Data Scientist to join our Marketing team!
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Act as the analytical point of reference for the Marketing team and key stakeholders of other departments (CRM, Senior Executives, etc.) promoting data-driven decision making
- Support the Marketing team in optimization of marketing campaigns by applying statistical methods and machine-learning techniques
- Apply Stats and ML techniques across all the steps of the campaign lifecycle: from design of experiments to performance measurement
- Train, deploy, and monitor machine learning models for the optimization of personalized marketing campaigns
- Measure the impact and return of campaigns by applying thorough A/B testing methodologies
- Gather, synthesize and share with the team the insights derived from campaign experiments
- Use data to further strengthen our understanding of Customers and their behavior
- Setup and share weekly/monthly reports for the Marketing team
- Create ad-hoc analysis as well as presentations for regular reviews
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Statistics / Data Science or related fields
- Experience in marketing analytics
- Min 4 years work experience as Data Scientist
- Previous work experience in coordinating a team of Data Scientists
- Experience with main Python libraries for data science and machine learning
- Experience in development, deployment, and monitoring of Python machine-learning models in production-like environments
- Experience in development, deployment, and monitoring recommender systems and uplift modeling workflows
- Passion for learning and investigating applying data-driven decision-making to shape a holistic view of our business, taking into consideration for all aspects of the customer experience and customer service
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to non-technical business people, both written and orally
- Ability to see the "big picture", evaluate the business impact of issues, and prioritize among many requests
- Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
- Experience in structuring data to test hypotheses and develop key insights for marketing and external stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience in scheduling and orchestrating data pipelines with Apache Airflow is a plus
- Knowledge of other statistical software languages/applications is a plus (SAS, SQL, etc.) is a plus
