What Will You Be Doing?
The Senior Analyst, Revenue Integrity is responsible for implementing, executing, and enhancing the revenue integrity policies and processes of Frontier Airlines. The Sr Analyst will have broad responsibility for ensuring that bookings, optional services, and other services are sold and delivered through all channels in accordance with our policies and terms and conditions. You will be joining a data-led and high-profile team; a great way to leverage your experience with data to drive results!
Essential Functions
- Build Frontierâs revenue integrity policies and processes
- Manage data and multiple other sources to identify inconsistencies and capture opportunities.
- Collaborate with PRM, IT, Airports, Customer Care, and other stake holders to identify opportunity.
- Perform research, investigate and analysis to gain insight on the root causes of variances and propose revenue integrity solutions leveraging a wide variety of tools.
- Identify and develop appropriate reports to support decision making, recommend enhancements to our Revenue Integrity tools.
- Oversee production of new revenue integrity tools and automations which ensure real time adherence to our policies and procedures.
- Proactively identify and size potential revenue opportunities across the organization.
- Leverage results of revenue integrity processes to identify opportunities for future enhancements to improve performance.
- Improve the speed and accuracy of revenue integrity through continuous process reviews and improvement.
- Continuously monitor reporting effectiveness and identify opportunities to automate and gain efficiencies in data collection and reporting where possible.
- Work with cross functional partners, including PRM, IT, Airports, Customer Care, and others stake holders, to ensure correct execution.
- Conduct ad-hoc projects, reports, and analyses as determined by senior management.
- Assist, mentor and guide junior team members.
Other Functions
- Distill a broad range of quantitative and qualitative inputs into meaningful, accurate revenue integrity tools and policies.
- Assist in developing junior team members across the Revenue Analytics, Pricing, & Revenue Management teams to deepen the teamâs collective skillset and improve overall performance.
- Lead change across the organization by improving directly owned processes & taking initiative to champion cross-functional opportunities.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in an airline functions such as Airport Customer Service, Customer Care, Service Operation Center, Network Planning, Pricing, Revenue Management or Reservations.
- Graduate Degree in analytical field disciplines preferred
- Project management skills preferred
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to assemble information, extract pertinent facts, identify tendencies and draw logical conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to independently prioritize analyses for self and teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Must have good attention to detail for reporting and analysis
- Ability to structure logical analytical approaches and to apply a range of quantitative techniques to solve business problems in an efficient, timely manner
- Familiarity with SQL or similar coding analysis languages preferred
- Strong work ethic; delivers results in ambiguous, time-pressured situations
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments, partners and staff
- Ability to handle confidential material

- This role can be based at our headquarters in Denver, CO or anywhere in the United States via a remote work arrangement (periodic travel to Denver from a Frontier-serviced city required)
