The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the marketing activity that supports partners and commercial revenue targets for the Loyalty business. It will provide input into marketing strategies and planning that support marketing objectives. This role is also responsible for the execution and delivery of the activity associated with marketing campaigns. They will work closely with the Marketing Leadership team, the Loyalty Commercial team and our partners to identify opportunities to drive growth through card acquisition and optimise member engagement. In addition, they will manage the execution of integrated partner campaign activity including creative development, project planning, media planning and stakeholder management, developing and delivering campaigns that meet business objectives and drive return on investment.
You’ll have:
- 3-5 years’ experience in critically reviewing marketing collateral
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or relevant field
- A background in loyalty marketing, hotel marketing, direct marketing or digital marketing experience will be highly regarded
- Experience in Partner Relationship Management involving liaising with external partners
- Sound analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to deal with fast-paced environments and excel under pressure
- Highly organised, proactive and dynamic
- Demonstrated high level of communication skills, both verbal and written
- Negotiation skills
