Summary
The Flight Training & Standards Administrator is responsible for all administrative functions associated with training and standards activities. Areas of emphasis include, but are not limited to, handling all duties associated with support activities for flight crew members including, new hire orientation, coordinating leadership visits to the classroom and recognition activities. The Administrator acts as QC support for training curricula, training device usage and communications between Allegiant Training & Standards personnel and vendors as well as coordinates all flight crewmember issues related to travel, lodging and transportation.

Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education: High School Diploma/GED
Years of Experience: Minimum three (3) years of experience in office administration or training coordination.
•Specialization in office administration with a focus on organization and high-level Excel development.
•Ability to read, write, and speak English in order to receive and understand instructions, directives, and ensure safety, as well as the ability to interact with customers, is a requirement of the job.
•Professional demeanor, excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
•Experience in fast paced, multi-faceted office environment.
•Highly proficient in the use of Excel; proficient in the use of other Microsoft Office Products.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality.
•Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively with people at all levels.
•Ability to travel locally between campuses as needed.
•Familiarization with travel booking software.
Job Duties
•Provide quality control of daily training schedules including all training room, fixed base training and full flight devices. Maintain tracking system to ensure device utilization is maintained at required levels.
•Perform tasks associated with inventory/ordering of office/breakroom supplies for the Allegiant Training Center.
•Schedule and maintain all training devices for Allegiant training and OAL (Other Airline) usage.
•Serve as the liaison between Flight Training & Standards and Flight Ops Admins to assist with the coordination of pilot uniforms to include assignment of annual uniform allotments, monthly review, and verification of uniform vendor invoicing, and resolving pilot/vendor ordering discrepancies.
•Process all Pilot Training/Checking paperwork to include template adjustments specific to class participants, distribution of documents to field instructors, collection, and review for accuracy of completed paperwork, and electronic file submissions to designated drive folders.
•Manage and oversee training requirements for pilots on leave status including reassignment of pending class dates, rescheduling of travel, adjustments to specified training documents and notification to flight attendant and respective company personnel.
•Perform tasks/responsibilities associated with annual training for all Allegiant qualified flight attendants to include, but not limited to, original scheduling based on previously assigned base month delegation, communication of schedule, analyzation of criteria for swapping/rescheduling, daily oversight of revisions to master schedule with communication and adjustments driven by the updates, etc.
•Serve as liaison between Allegiant Flight Training department and outside contract customers.
•Other duties as assigned.

Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
