FEAM Aero is currently seeking an FP&A Manager to join our Finance team. This position is located in Miami FL and will require considerable training at our HQ Office in Miami, FL, and may be eligible for remote working. This position is responsible for all manners of FP&A work, including but not limited to the monthly executive financial package, annual budget process, ongoing forecasting process, ad hoc financial analysis, and system implementation assistance.
Job Duties:
- Create, implement, and manage the annual budget process.
- Create, implement, and manage the ongoing X+Y forecast process.
- Create foundational metrics measurement and reporting system.
- Preparation of monthly financial statement package for executive review.
- Preparation of ad hoc financial and metric analysis.
- Lead due diligence efforts for M&A activity.
- Lead the FP&A team as the company continues to grow into the future.
- Assist in the search, planning, design, and implementation of any new foundational data system, in particular, a new automated billing system.
- Assist in the search, planning, design, and implementation of a new financial ERP system.
- Perform additional FP&A tasks and projects as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
- 5 - 10 years of progressive experience in a corporate FP&A role.
- 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience with financial ERP systems beyond QuickBooks.
- High level of expertise in MS Excel.
- Must be able to handle extra work hours when required by the department leadership for month-end, year-end, or similar busy season efforts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or master’s degree or CPA.
- MS Access abilities.
- Expert abilities to mine data from any given system for financial analysis and metrics.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and consistently hit deadlines.
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff.
- Ability to work well with minimal supervision.
