Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers for 60 miles at speeds of up to 150 mph while producing minimal noise.

This Talent Management role is responsible for owning end-to-end project execution of talent management and functional learning strategies, including managing the operations and logistics for the onboarding and new hire experience, designated programs This is a contract position for up to 6 months.
What you’ll do:
- Build strong relationships with business partners and key stakeholders to drive talent, performance and culture work ahead
- Deliver onboarding and new hire orientation responsibilities as requested and needed, taking responsibility for the new employee experience
- Partner on program design, delivery and ongoing management of lunch and learn workshops, coordinating planning, scheduling and managing other logistical needs
- Support Director of Talent in design, implementation, delivery and management of other Talent related programs and processes to enable the growth and development of our employee population
- Execute learning strategies that meet business/functional audience needs; tailored as appropriate
- Build dashboards and reports, sharing program findings, as requested
- Support vendor and supplier management, as needed
- Create, maintain and disseminate key project information and updates to appropriate leaders and partners
- Manage invoices for payment processing, as needed

- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and / or Google equivalent
Bonus Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in a talent management or HR related field
- Experience in instructional design - proven track record of designing, developing and executing leadership development solutions for management and / or executive leaders
- Knowledge of talent landscape
- Program Management experience
