This position works within the F-35 Project Engineering Capture Management team to support proposals and business capture for the F-35 Program. Responsibilities include management of Basis of Estimates (BOE) assignments; creation/management of various Proposal Capture Metrics (BOEs, TSOW/Schedules, overviews, analysis to identify predictive/preventative leading indicators, etc.); integration of BOEs and thorough BOE content; developing/providing high-level status reports to upper management; and review of requirements, developing / responding to actionable data analytics, and building of capability roadmaps. Develops, integrates, and manages execution of integrated master plans, and schedules. Identifies risk / opportunities drives corrective actions and interacts with multiple engineering disciplines and functions including Prod Ops, Sustainment, Supply Chain, Contracts, and Business & Finance. A demonstrated self-starter with the ability to establish a project business rhythm for communicating with internal & external customers at all levels. Convey capabilities and improve processes and procedures. Serve as an Engineering Project Liaison responsible for ensuring the following:
• Affordability is built into proposal scoping
• Define roadmaps and acceptable risk levels for incorporation in proposal/campaign
• Work with customer to secure investments in E&T that drive efficiencies across programs / contracts or have positive returns
• Support Program, Campaign Team to Shape Customer Requirements
• Review BOEs & Challenges or Confirms Complexity Factors
• High-fidelity, competitive inputs for proposals
• Work closely with the functional teams and LOB leadership to ensure high-fidelity, competitive proposal inputs
A level 4 employee Typically has 9 - 15 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and interfacing with internal/external customers, and experience in basic project management (i.e. reports and scheduling status)

• Experience working with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)

• F-35 Program Experience
• Experience as a CAM or with Earned Value Management
• STEM Degree or including degree in Industrial, systems or aerospace engineering
• Systems Engineering or hardware / software development experience
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
