Rattaché(e) au Responsable Méthodes - Équipe Ramp-up, dans votre rôle, vous : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Production, Qualité, Ingénierie et autres Méthodes pour leur permettre d'être plus efficaces dans leurs tâches quotidiennes qui sont : Gérer des projets méthodes / industriels menant à l’amélioration du produit et/ou la réduction des cycles d’assemblage (modification du design, des processus manufacturiers, ou de l'environnement de la station, ...) Coordonner la modification des instructions de travail Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les fonctions Ingénierie, Production, Outillage, Logistique et Qualité Enquêter sur les causes profondes et analyser les solutions potentielles en tenant compte des coûts, des impacts et des risques d'un changement de production. S'assurer de la faisabilité des changements de production Planifier et mettre en œuvre les changements de production (tous les changements affectant la méthode de production) et coordonner la première unité de production. Identifier les activités sans valeur ajoutée, les éliminer et optimiser la production Établir les exigences suivantes : ergonomie & santé & sécurité, outils et équipements de production selon une méthodologie de travail optimale. Participer au développement et au maintien des procédures des méthodes. Reporting to the Methods Ramp-up Manager, in your role, you will: Work in close collaboration with the Production, Quality, Engineering and other Methods teams to enable them to be more efficient in their day-to-day tasks which are: Manage methods / industrial projects aiming to reduce assembly cycle and hours (design changes to improve manufcaturing operations, manufacturing process changes, workstation environment improvements, ...) Coordinate work instructions modifications Work in close collaboration with the Engineering, Production, Tooling, Logistics and Quality functions Investigate root causes and analyze potential solutions taking into account cost, impacts and risks of a production change. Ensure production change feasibility Plan and implement changes in production (all change affecting the production method) and coordinate first unit in production. Identify non-value added activities, eliminate them and optimize production Establish the following requirements: ergonomics & health & safety, tools and production equipment according to optimal work methodology. Participate in the development and maintenance of methods procedures. Participate in continuous improvement As our ideal candidate, You have a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management (or equivalent experience) You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace or other related manufacturing industry. You have a strong knowledge of the Methods related processes and SAP transactions. You understand the value and basic principles of an ERP system (interrelations between the different functions within the organization). You are organized, a good planner and problem solver. You have a good judgment, have a sense for innovation and possess a good decisional process You have good interpersonal communication skills and are customer oriented You have strong project management skills and function well within a multidisciplinary team You are able to read technical drawings and have good visualization skills in 3D. You have good knowledge of MSOffice suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) You are functional in the French and English language, spoken and written Knowledge of aircraft structures, systems or interiors will be considered an asset.
