As the Airbus Fleet Coordinator (CAMO), you will primarily be responsible for implementing and maintaining the interface methods, liaison meetings and fleet projects with the Part 42 organisations that support the Network Aviation A320 fleet. This includes the oversight of operational performance reporting, continuous improvement, measurement of KPIâs, coordination of regulatory requirements and monitoring of safety reports. With key a focus on continuous improvement, this position would ideally suit someone who has a tactical yet innovative approach to problem solving and business enhancements. You will also be responsible for driving sustainable improvements to the A320 fleet strategy by working with counterparts across the Qantas Group business to deliver change, projects, initiatives and continuous improvement to lift the operational safety, performance and financial return of the aircraft in line with the business fleet plan. Youâll have â At least 5 yearsâ experience in continuing airworthiness management, or at least 2 yearsâ experience in continuing airworthiness management provided you have at least 3 additional yearsâ experience in civil aircraft maintenance An understanding of the airframe, systems and powerplant applicable to the A320 family of aircraft An understanding of the aircraft certification basis Experience in the use of TRAX for continuing airworthiness management Strong communication skills and proven ability to build a network of effective relationships and influence at all levels. High motivation and an ability to work autonomously Ability to build strong and durable relationships Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Forward thinking with the ability to understand the âbig pictureâ Ability to work under pressure with an internal drive to meet deadlines and targets. Detailed understanding of all aspects of operational, safety, security and emergency standard operating procedures.
