Responsibilities:
â¢Perform Preventive and Corrective maintenance
â¢Ensure Response Time and Defect Turn-around Time meet contractual KPI
â¢Conduct root cause analysis & implement pro-active measures
â¢Perform troubleshooting and fault rectification
â¢Generate relevant administrative records and reports
â¢Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work
â¢Escalate unsolvable system problems and service request to the OEM/Vendor for technical support and reporting the escalation to the Group Lead
â¢Perform standby duties if required
â¢Requirements gathering, development, deployment for Change Proposal (CP)
â¢Conduct regression testing, acceptance testing, documentation and training for CP
â¢Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science, IT, EEE or equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Linux, Windows)and server administration
- Basic knowledge on network and is interested in systems configuration and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in software engineering tools
- Experience or Knowledge in SQL, Java/J2EE/JavaScript
- Team player, willing to learn, strong in communication and time managmentÂ
