Job Overview
This role will be responsible for managing relationships with Key Travel Agency Verticals.The individual will ensure achievement of revenue targets and customer service goals. The profile will also include developing new markets, sales data analysis, monitoring airlineperformances and making necessary recommendations to related internal stake holders on scope of expanding our reach. Identifying new business opportunities and representing the organization at official functions and networking events will also be key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Exceed Sales Targets assigned for the year
- Business Development and initiatives to grow market share & revenues
- Tap Key Travel Agency Verticals
- Manage Yield / Loads along with RM for the flights assigned
- Knowledge of Competitor Activities and analysis to secure rightful business share
- Benchmarking of flights with competition airlines
- Mapping of travel agency accounts assigned
- Conduct Regular monthly, quarterly & yearly reviews and keep track of sale trends ofassigned corporations
- Prepare regular sales reports and initiatives to counter competition
- Diversify and grow new business segments
- Ensure compliance, timely report submissions, grow the corporate & new travel agencyacquisitions
- New Route Evaluation to grow network
- Monitor & manage Credit facility for travel agencies to prevent defaults

- Strong Computer skills covering MS Office systems, sales systems and websitemanagement
