Job Description
The role supports VP Talent Management and Development in the development and implementation of talent management policies, processes and programs with the objective of having the right talent available for the right positions at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation of Talent Management Policies and Processes
- Development and Implementation of Leadership & Functional Competency Frameworks
- Management of Leadership Potential Assessment Programs such as Talent Review cycles and tools
- Management of Talent Development Programs such as High Potential and Pipeline Schemes
- Development and Implementation of Career Pathing Frameworks
- Use of talent analytics to derive insights and make talent decisions
Required Skills
- Degree holder, preferably in Human Resources
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Management from a business COE Perspective
- Experience with SuccessFactors preferred
- Interest in People and Passion for talent development
- Good EQ and able to work with stakeholders of all levels
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Good Planning and Organizational Skills
- Self-Driven and Proactive
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Comfortable with data and preparation of papers/proposals
