Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à : Préparer des Repair Engineering Orders (REOs), Service Non-Incorporated Engineering Orders (SNIEOs) et In-Service Modsums (ISModsums) Développer des solutions techniques pour les issues en service. Partager son expertise technique avec les clients. Visiter les clients et les fournisseurs afin d’enquêter, d’analyser et de préparer des rapports techniques sur les problèmes spécifiques. Préparer les revues techniques avec les clients Préparer les rapports et les présentations sur les issues en service. Participer aux conférences opérateurs En tant que candidat idéal: Avoir diplôme d’ingénierie mécanique, ou équivalent, ou une licence d’entretien d’aéronef avec un minimum de cinq (5) ans d’expérience. Avoir un minimum de trois (3) ans d'expérience de support à la clientèle, support technique ou gestion d’opérations aériennes. Connaissance approfondies des systèmes d'avion Être connaissant avec CATIA, Microsoft et G Suite. Avoir une bonne connaissance du système d’ingénierie d’Airbus, des dessins du système de contrôle de la configuration. Expérience antérieure en développement de produit est un atout. Avoir de très bonnes compétences en communication (verbale et écrite), en leadership et en entrepreneuriat. Être organisé, avoir une bonne gestion de son temps et être capable de gérer efficacement des tâches ayant des échéanciers agressifs. Être disponible pour voyages d’affaire occasionnels. In your duties, you will be called upon to: ·Prepare Repair Engineering Orders (REOs), Service Non-Incorporated Engineering Orders (SNIEOs), In-Service Modsums (ISModsums) ·Provide technical solutions for in-service issues. ·Provide technical expertise to operators. ·Raise Program Change Request (PCR) for fleet reliability improvements ·Visit operator and vendor facilities to investigate, analyze and prepare technical reports on specific problem areas when required. ·Prepare technical reviews with customers. ·Prepare reports and presentations on in-service issues. ·Participate in operators' conferences. As the ideal candidate, ·Have a Mechanical Engineering Degree or an AME license or equivalent diploma with a minimum of five (5) years of experience. ·Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer support or airline operations is a strong asset. · Strong knowledge of aircraft systems . ·Are proficient with CATIA, Microsoft and G Suite. ·Have good knowledge of Airbus engineering, drawing and configuration control systems. Previous experience in product development is an asset. ·Have experience interfacing with Engine Manufacturer. ·Are a team player with strong communication (verbal and written), leadership and entrepreneurial skills ·Are organized, able to manage your time and be able to prioritize tasks effectively with aggressive deadlines. ·Available for occasional travel on short notice.
