Customer Service Team are an integral part of our service delivery promise.
Reporting to the
Customer Service Team Leader, our
Customer Service Administrators play an essential part in ensuring we
manage the administration of customer queries or concerns effectively and accurately to allow us to deliver the
VIP customer service we strive for. Our Administration team deliver essential
support to our Customer Service Executive team, facilitating effective correspondence within the agreed timescales.
Our Customer Service Administrators
- Read and assess customer correspondence, ensuring all details are captured with 100% accuracy and are logged onto our internal systems
- Assist the Customer Service Executive team by answering refund requests or providing required documents
- Responding to customer queries, providing clear and accurate information in the right tone of voice
- Administration tasks including filing and archiving correspondence as and when required
- Ad hoc duties or projects, ensuring effective communication with relevant stakeholders throughout the business
- Ensure we do all we can to deliver our famous customer service to our customers!
This role is available on a
full time (40 hour per week)
permanent basis. Please be aware that during your induction week you will be required to attend our
Leeds City Centre Head Office for training (LS11 9AW). This is a hybrid working role, meaning you
must be able to work from our Head Office in Leeds at 1-2 days a week on an permanent basis.
We will provide you with your computer equipment, however a key requirement of the role is that you must have a
suitable working space at home, along with a high speed
broadband connection. You must also be based in the UK.

The ideal candidate will be a
strong communicator with
excellent organisational skills and high level of
attention to detail. Passionate about delivering
high standards of service, you will have previous experience in managing
customer correspondence and/or
administration, ideally in a similar or related industry.
